Cheryl Morgenstern

I completed my internship at the Huntington Branch Library in Shelton, CT during the summer of 2011.  The theme for that year was superheros.  For the reading kick-off party, I dressed as a superhero-picture below.  I assisted with running the summer reading program and conducted Baby Rhyme Time. I also assisted with collection development and created bibliographies.  Below are some examples of my work. 

While this was not for credit, I also did an informal internship at the Windsor Public Library in Windsor, CT.  I ran a drop in craft program and assisted with children's programming.  Here is a dog preschool story time I did on my own.  I also compiled a bibliography on Internet safety issues for kids.
